What is the turnaround time?
All media is delivered within 24 hours (or the next business day) following your on-site appointment. This policy applies to typical orders, but results may be subject to unique cases or unforeseen circumstances.
What is your service area?
We are based in Senatobia, in the heart of Northwest Mississippi. We are prepared to travel everywhere within the Greater Memphis Area down to North Central Mississippi. No Travel Fees.
How is my media delivered?
We use a proprietary storage and delivery system. Once you create an account with us, you will have access to a personal Dashboard that houses all of your media. When an order is complete, you will receive an email with a link to that order's invoice and download page.
How do I pay?
We accept Payment-On-Delivery. Meaning, you pay nothing until you are ready to download your media. You will be able to access previews of your photos before payment, but full-size downloads will not be available until the balance is paid.
What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?
We understand that circumstances are sometimes beyond your control. We won't hold that against you. If you suddenly need to reschedule at the last minute, we will make every effort to accommodate your situation and get your media created as soon as possible, free of charge! Or if you need to cancel the entire listing order altogether, that's okay too! We will never charge cancellation fees.
